Zhangjiagang Hengfeng Textile Co., Ltd. Was established in 2001 and is a company mainly engaged in the production of flame-retardant yarns and fabrics. The company is located in the coastal economic development zone of the Yangtze River Delta, in the northwest of Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, with convenient transportation. For more than 20 years, the company has been committed to the use of high-tech spinning equipment. It has a total of 156 employees, including 18 graduates from textile universities specializing in the development of new yarns and fabrics. Currently, the company has 8 sets of imported Japanese Murata vortex spinning equipment MVS861, 20, 000 ring spinning spindles, 26 circular knitting machines, and raw materials including modified flame-retardant acrylic fibers produced by Japan's Kanecaron Corporation, flame-retardant viscose fibers produced by Japan's Oyama Spinning Co., Ltd., and flame-retardant viscose fibers produced by China's Tangshan Sanyou. The company produces 6, 000 tons of yarn and 5, 000 tons of fabric annually. Our products are mainly used in fire-retardant layers of mattresses, home textiles, flame-retardant composite layers for automobile seats, civil aviation and high-speed railway blankets, tablecloths, various protective clothing, etc. The company's products account for about 15% of the mattress market in the United States and have become long-term cooperative suppliers for companies such as ZINUS Mattress Company in South Korea, PCC in the United States, and domestic brands such as Xilinmen, Dream Lily, and Kuka Home. Our products are also used in blankets for international airlines such as China Eastern Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, and Hainan Airlines. In recent years, our independently developed modified flame-retardant acrylic fiber wrapped glass fiber yarn and flame-retardant viscose carbon fiber blended yarn have been domestically innovative.
